Blake Garner
Blake Garner joined Santel | Garner in 2018. Blake's practice focuses on business services and litigation, insurance defense/personal injury, real estate, employment, and government. Blake represents individuals, businesses, non-profit corporations, and insurance industry clients. Blake has successfully represented nationwide companies, small businesses, and governmental entities in all stages of litigation in both state and federal court. He has also defended government clients in cases involving the Governmental Tort Liability Act (GTLA), ยง 1983 claims (civil rights), land use/zoning, and employment cases.
In addition to his litigation practice, Blake serves as outside counsel to various local business and non-profit organizations to provide risk management, legal compliance, contract drafting/negotiation, and employment-related services.
Blake graduated with a BA from Western Kentucky University in 2008. He then graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2012 where he was elected a member of the Order of Barristers, served on the Moot Court Board, and served as President of the Christian Legal Society.
